NAPFA(5 stations)•
WAH LAO!!! :( I got silver thanks to the 1cm. Ok, I bet you dont know what I am talking about. The 1cm is my sit and reach. If I got that 1cm, then I would be able to get c for my sit and reach and would be able to get gold. Why? Coz in order to get gold, we must get at least all c for the 5 stations and 21 points. I got 27 points but thenks to the sit and reach, I got SILVER!!! =( Other than this, the other 4 stations, I got a. HAHAHA :)
Well, here is my result:
Sit and Reach-----------33cm(D)(STUPID 1CM!!!)
Standing Broad Jump---175cm(A)
Sit-up------------------34(A)
Inclined pull-up--------25(A)
Shuttle run-------------11.1 sec(A)
I still feel very pity leh! Just by that 1cm, 1CM leh! If only I force myself to stretch more!!! Irritating lah!!!
Never mind. Next time I will get gold. I will, I shall and I must!!! 加油!!! Yeah =D

trying out of uniform•
Guess what it means by trying out of uniform?!
It is actually trying out of the NPCC uniform. There were some adults and NCOs to help us in choosing the rite size for our uniform. It was very wierd lah and I cant imagine myself wearing the uniform. I will definitely look very weird lah! HAHAHA :) I bet you also cannot imagine seeing me wearing the uniform lah!!!

2.4km run•
Wah lao!!! Very tiring leh!!! It is so much worse than 1.6km run lor!!! However, my timing not bad hor! My timing is...........13.41 min =D Very good rite :) Last time when practice, i got 16 min plus leh! I improve by a lot already. Very proud of myself!!! HAHAHA :) Want to know why my timing is so much better., I tell you why.
I ran together with this girl, Jing Jing. Her starting speed was faster than what I usually ran, so I used that speed as a consant speed. Later, when I was running in front of her, I still continue to ran and did not stop(coz we made a bet that whoever who stops first pays the other person $2, so I thought of my $2 and forced myself not to stop. So, obviously, I did not stop during the 2.4. Pro rite?Hahaha!) Later, I saw my other friend, Hanee, running beside me and I told myself that I could not lose to her and in the end, I won her. Guess what?! She was also thinking the same thing at that time.
But honestly, I felt like DYING after the run.
